"We are delighted to be assisting businesses and organisations around the world (especially in Europe) in their disputes, in particular businesses whose goods and vehicles have been detained and seized. We take all necessary steps to secure their release, and in doing so, will advise on the grounds of the detention and seizure. In addition, we can challenge and appeal assessments of excise duty and VAT issued as a result of alleged ‘irregularities’ in movements of goods".
