Ian Robotham

Experience:

Ian is a former Steeles Law trainee, qualifying into the Norwich Dispute Resolution team in March 2008. Ian has particular expertise in VAT and Excise Duty claims against HMRC ranging from £1,500 to over £1m in value, and has conducted those cases in the VAT and Duties Tribunal, Magistrates Court and High Court. Ian also has considerable experience in general contract disputes, construction issues and intellectual property claims ranging from ‘small claims’ to High Court ‘multi track’ claims.
