Marcus has over 20 years experience in commercial and civil litigation and is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team in Norwich. Marcus specialises in insolvency advice and business rescue together with contract and construction disputes. Marcus also works closely with our Company Commercial Team in relation to commercial agency disputes and advises on cross jurisdictional matters. Marcus is increasingly seeing a move to arbitration, adjudication and mediation so advises clients on the alternatives to litigation.
